Don't behead John

Hi all :)
Here's something we did in church, it was a bible sharing for with the
teenagers... might not be super deep but it gets you thinking!

It's in Mark 6:17-28.. take a minute and read through it quickly...
if you don't read it you will get bad luck for 6 days.. haha.. just
kidding...

Ok, so basically the main points are:

- Herod himself had John arrested and bound and put in prison
- BECAUSE John was telling Herod that he was living in sin
- Herodias nursed a grudge against John and wanted to kill him
- Herod feared John and protected him... ''LIKED TO LISTEN TO HIM"
- "Finally the opportune time came''
- Herod didn't refuse Herodias' request ''because of his oaths and his
dinner guests''
- John was beheaded.

So basically we started asking ourselves...

Who/what in MY life is...
Herod?
John?
Herodias?
Herodias' daughter?
the dinner guests?
the opportune time..?
